What's the use of Elevator IR Multi-beam Screen Detector?
It is the safe guard to elevator. The whole system consists of four main parts: Power set, signal cable, the receiver (RX) and the emitter (TX). The receiver (RX) and the emitter (TX) should be fixed respectively on both sides of the elevator door and be connected to the power set with special shielded cable. There are 32 infrared LED in the receiver (RX), and 32 infrared photodiodes in the emitter (TX). The infrared LED and photodiode would be open in sequence and scanned continuously by the MCU. When some people or objects are entering into the infrared scanning area, the control system would immediately transit the output signal and order the door to open otherwise the door would shut off when people and objects gets away from the infrared scanning area, that is the safety guard purpose.

Technical Characteristics
1. Self-Checking System - When photoelectricity protective device is loss of power or in error, it ensures not sending any wrong instructions to elevator.
2. Strong Anti-Interference Ability - It has strong anti-interference ability against
Electromagnetic signal, twinkling light, arc welding light and surrounding light.
3. Working Life - The available output times of relay is more than 1 million times, it can be changed once working life ends.
4. Good Antishock Performance - Component welding adopts SMD (Surface Mount Technology) technology, possess several antishock abilities.
5. Adjustable Self-Protective Function - When the screen detector is being blocked, the slider of pressing machine stops to run; When the screen detector is reconnected, the pressing machine doesn't run until push the "Reset" button.
